I am so thankful for the amazing Walmart Delivery service that I have been using for the past two years. With having two toddlers, it has kept me from going insane by not having to shop in the store where they fuss or fight over whatever they see. My items always come on time and I am so thankful that I can get basically anything I need all from one website. Thank you so much!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I understand we are going through a pandemic and that was the reason why I decided to purchase some personalized gifts online a month prior father's day. I didn't obtain any updates or tracking information on my order. Walmart absolutely cannot complete with Amazon if they are trying (lacking) and that shows. The experience ordering gifts for father's day was horrible because it was ruined since I did not receive my items. Never again! In general worse experience ever!

I've tried the Walmart delivery three times now and I give up! Most of the times, items are missing, it never comes on time, and the delivery driver sometimes decides to cancel last minute and return the order! AND…you have to wait FIVE days to get your money back and you have no groceries delivered. It's terrible! Especially for those of us who don't have a lot of money and are unable to drive! Walmart delivery is the worst! I do not recommend!

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Walmart delivery!! You don’t receive your order and you have to wait five days to get your money back. Also you will be left with no groceries!!! Spend the extra money and use Instacart!!

Bought online and returned a product at a store 25 days ago. I have the ticket proving that I did, plus the Fedex tracking. But still the Walmart site says I have to return it - it's like they have two different systems. No refund of course. I have literally chatted SIX times with them and they say "I deeply apologize, you will receive a refund email in 24 hours" and of course nothing happens. Order# *******827800, all this trouble for $36. Customer service is a joke.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. Returns are not refunded.

I'm not sure why I even bother looking at Walmart's website anymore. So many of the products are out of stock, unavailable or even more expensive than elsewhere. The worst are third party sellers. No background checks whatsoever. With the well known auction site, this is the next best gathering place for fraudsters and dishonest people of all kind. Since Walmart is not interested in fixing this issue like others online apps/websites have done, well, I guess these are the ones that will get my $.

I hate Walmart because they never have their act together. I ordered 6 cases of canning jars and received the order. Now 2 day later they charge my credit card again and ship the same order again. As if the walmart stores did not suck enough the walmart cancer has spread to their online platform. I am a Walmart.com seller and I can tell you it is the worse selling platform on earth.

I received a damaged item and had to return it. I was assured the new one would be on time for my son's birthday and It was very late. I was told If I called back 1 day later I would receive a full refund promo code. So I called back the next day and they refused to give it to me. Not only did my son not get a birthday gift on time, Walmart won't do anything about it. They don't honor what they say so therefore I will not use their online service again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from Walmart online if you want your item on time. Use Amazon.

Walmart sent me a sealed empty shipping box instead of my iPad. I called their customer service, emailed them and contacted them via messenger. They refuse to acknowledge that the box was empty. The claim the weight of the box was 2.2 pounds even after showing them a photo of the FedEx shipping label showing it was only 0.75 pounds and a iPad weighs well over that. Their customer service sucks.

There are too many fraudulent activities and the people that are supposed to help in the chat only try to waste your time and take 5 minutes to answer simple questions. I cannot shop here anymore because it is not safe. I have had my account broken into many times and no one cares to assist with these issues. I give you as much information as you need but they still choose to side with hackers. This is bad reflection on the company.

Tip for consumers:
They will literally give anyone access to your account and let them into your profile be very aware.

I ordered 75" TV, they gave me damaged TV, and when I tried to return, customer service kept lying to me about scheduling returns. They all act so sweet, and lie in the most possible way, even though their lies are so obvious, they will try to convince you that they are saying the truth. Worst customer service online. Do not trust Walmart.com with big purchases! They should changed their site to Walmart.CON because they are the worst liars with customer service!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy large item from Walmart.com unless you can return it to store yourself. Walmart.com customer service are liars!

This app is a complete joke. I'd give it negative stars if I could. I tried it last month, every time the order got screwed up somehow, usually only partial orders received. Today, I placed a $125 grocery order for delivery, selected the $10 express delivery service and was charged 135, which was taken off my card immediately. When I went in the app to track my order, NO RECORD OF THE TRANSACTION exists, even though I received the confirmation e-Mail. Now I have to wait up to 5 days for my money to be returned. This is absolutely unacceptable. Use this app at your own risk, it's completely unreliable.

Review for ‘AAA' of Washington

Usually ‘AAA' sends me a request (afterwards) to review their services. Apparently, that only applies IF everything goes "smoothly"; and, usually it does; but, not this time. So, I thought I would leave a review outside of ‘AAA' of Washington.

After requesting help with a dead truck battery, the representative took all the details, including instructions on how to find my hard-to-locate address. (A GPS will not get you here.). I also made sure to request that the driver BACK DOWN MY EASEMENT BECAUSE THERE IS NO TURN-AROUND.

She was thorough in taking all the details and repeating them back; THREE times.

I was given a window period of 45 minutes. A phone call (back) confirmed. I opened my gate a few feet and made sure the person had easy access to my truck. I then went back inside to wait.

Next thing I knew, - the window period had expired. I waited almost an hour before calling back and asking for a status update. I'm told that the driver came out and no one was available! She said he had knocked on the door. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE! My dog would have yapped his head off if he heard anyone nearby, let alone a knock on the door.

Okay, she dispatched for repeat service. When I went back out, there was a note tucked under my windshield. He left as quietly as he came. NO KNOCK ON THE DOOR. This time, I waited by the gate. Much to my chagrin, the driver is heading in - NOT BACKING DOWN the easement. When I asked why he didn't back down as instructed, he said he ‘DIDN'T GET THE MESSAGE'. Whether this is true, I don't know.

IF he didn't get the message, - WHY NOT? Is there a breakdown in communication between the request for help and driver / tech who responds? Why bother asking for instructions if they aren't passed to the driver?

Since he drove straight in, he now has to use my neighbor's driveway to turn around. NOT COOL!

Other than that, he got the battery started and helped hook up the battery tender as requested. Overall, after a testy start he was pleasant.

My message to ‘AAA', - never mess with little-old ladies who might choose to leave a review OUTSIDE of your company.

I bought a Nerf gun for $20 online, they canceled the item because it was out of stock and then told me that I could reorder the same Nerf gun accept the price is now $57. So they lied about their inventory in order to get me to pay triple for the same gun I already purchased and failed to honor the sale price. Shame on you Walmart! You will be losing my business as a result of your shenanigans!

I placed an order thinking I was buying dining table set because that's how it was advertised online. Well, I got my table but no chairs. When I spoke with customer service I was then informed that each piece to the set was sold separately. Smh so I basically paid $170 for nothing. Especially when I could have went to the store and got the whole set for the same price. I will never purchase anything else from these crooks

Unless you want to use Scan and Go, I recommend you skip grocery shopping at Walmart. Today, in the only checkout line, thee were seven loaded carts ahead of me. Finally, one of the customers went to find someone to open another line. It seems that maybe it should be the manager's job to get checkers. At any rate, Walmart is clearly trying to force people to use Scan and Go. If you want good service, you probably should go to another store.

I had purchased a couple cans of Great Value chunky canned chicken.
I was gettin my dinner prepared as I opened the can of chicken it exploded I'm my face, I was hit instantly w/ a nasty smell, I started vomiting. It took 3 baths to finally get the smell off of me, I had to throw away my brand new jacket I had just sent 79 dollars on and my blouse that was a horrible experience and I will never buy that product again.

I have tried to order medical face masks from several different vendors on Wal-Mart.com. I have lost over $100 because these companies do not have the merchandise and can't get it but they keep your money. Wal-Mart is simply taking advantage of this national emergency and really has lost my business. No more Wal-Mart.com you can't trust them or their sellers.

Purchased a planter box via Walmart Online. They use Hayneedle.com to supply their products. Needed to return product and Walmart will not support the return.
Hayneedle is unresponsive to phone calls. First time on hold for 30 min plus, got Fedex return authorization. Product sent back almost a month ago and no credit to my card.
As of now, on hold 2 different times for 1hr plus and no response. Line goes dead.
Walmart needs to drop their relationship with this company

Ordered grandson a slide and rock climber. Sent one wall, i sent back, low and behold same wall returns to me... called wanting money back... unfortunately for me. Can't give me my money back because they say they never received it back... what a joke. Two days of my life is gone. Don't sound like a big deal. But when you have cirrhosis stage 4. Every minute counts. I shopped walmart for years, now I'm a target papa. Screw you walmart :)

I have had multiple problems tracking my large items I purchased. Like my $500 TV that I ordered. Never got any info from the site or from chatting or calling customer service they just told me to wait 24 hours. Like ok but what is waiting going to do? That won't track my TV idiot's! That won't tell me when my item will be at my front door. Hopefully it isn't stolen or lost by whoever they used to ship it to me. I am so mad. I will never buy anything from their website again.

I just made my first grocery order through Walmart's site. The order was fulfilled mostly by Walmart. All goods arrived on time. I was emailed the whereabouts of each item daily. The only thing that was not positive was the condition in which 3 of the products have arrived. The carton boxes of pasta arrived dirty, smashed and worn out. It was strange that their poor state was not matching the pristine conditions of the other items in the same box. I concluded that the bad boxes were picked out in a bad shape already. I will have to return tem, so at the end, I didn't save the trip to Walmart, which was my goal :(

Tip for consumers:
Make sure all orders are fulfilled by Walmart, add a note if your preference is to not have replacements, this way you won’t be let down, receiving a lower quality item.

So frustrating to use that I quit. I tried to shop and one wrong breath, you get locked out-period. "press and hold" button doesn't work. "not a robot" dialog won't load when you check the box. I'm good with computers and this is beyond losing my temper. Back to Amazon. Wrote Walmart a nasty.
If you want to lose your mind, try it. I already did that R&D for you though...
No browser or device-half a dozen of mine-work.
Don't even bother.

Avoid it unless you want to go insane with security crap.

They don't answer calls, their website doesn't work at all, and just to deliver something is just to impossible for small ol Walmart. I ordered one game, one small item and there has been delay after delay over this. I can't call anyone because no one picks up the phone. The website is more confusing than rocket science doesn't help the fact that it straight up doesn't function properly. Whatever you do don't ask Walmart to deliver a product to you. That's apparently too much for Walmart to comprehend and handle.

I always shop for everything with a credit card with a great customer service that will get your money back for you. (Mine starts with an "A"). Actually, almost all credit cards will do this, so you don't have to keep getting lead in circles until the company who you purchased the item from exhausts you and you give up. This is their plan. Just make sure to keep as much info for proof as you can: emails (I always make contact through email so it's on record), receipts, order and shipping confirmations, tracking #'s, etc. I have even gotten money back from companies with very strict no refund policies. Let your CC company do the work for you. Many times when even a large corporation is contacted by your CC company, they'll solve the problem immediately to avoid the time it would take them to fight it. Someone above suggested the BBB, but that is more time consuming. Your CC can actually get your money credited back to your account much faster in less time.

Ive shopped online an Ive had some good experience with ordering using my cards. Ive used visa and mastercard prepaid and check cards. But if you're gonna do a refund online it takes longer for your funds to be back into your account if using an prepaid instead of an check card. Check cards are easier to verify that's why it takes less time to refund.
