I just had to leave a review for revolve, I've been a long time customer placing 91 orders over the years but their customer service team really stepped up to help me recently. They were incredibly fast to resolve an issue with a missing package providing quick service, kindness and impressive turn around time in getting me my order! They were very responsive both over email and phone with around the clock help (even responding to my emails at 10 PM) to get my order re-shipped. Thank you!
Refunds for New Zealand goods take an awfully long time (e.g. 3 weeks or longer) to process. Because your return packaging for New Zealand has no tracking I never know whether the return package has been received or has been lost and I have to wait a long anxious time to find out! However I do like your policy of matching other sites' prices, and your staff on the telephone are always very helpful and nice. It's just the refund time that seems crazily long. So two stars is probably harsh, but I think this is an issue that needs addressing.

I've order many times from revolve the clothes are usually ill fitting too small, too big, uneven pant legs ect. On top of those issues I've found they charge a lot more than other sites. I bought a pair of Nike zoom, every place else they were $80-$100 cheaper. I began watching prices, revolve has significantly higher prices. I suggest shopping around.
Payment should NOT convert to USD once I check out. I live in Australia, I am shopping on a. com.au website and all prices show in AUD only throughout the website. The price I actually pay ends up being much higher due to Paypal fees. It is an unethical business practice, much like the lack of diversity in your models. Tokenism doesn't count as diversity.

I placed an order and I never received any notifications that it never shipped or that it was delayed. I call because I paid extra for next day shipping to be told that it had never left the warehouse. This happened to me multiple times. I would not buy from this site if you are expecting reliable delivery times.
I really enjoy shopping with Revolve, your items are mostly unique. Only wish not so expensive, however I manage to spend money! Live on fixed income. Your buyers do a lovely job. Have a blue coat in bag waiting to be further reduced, that would help if wanted items in bag for long time would still be more affordable. Overall, love it all and thank you. Cheers!

Since you have shipped with dpd and this parcel service does not deliver anything, but returns the shipment in the parcel shop without attempting to deliver, I cannot accept the goods.
I am disabled and can not go to the parcel shop to pick it up. If you continue to ship with dpd, I will no longer be able to order from your company.
I love that Revolve offers free shipping and returns! Best. Thing. Ever. Makes you stand out above the rest. Also, the quick shipping is amazing! It is not easy shopping online when things fit differently, but you guys have a great selection. The only thing... the pictures don't always reflect the actual color of the dress and the sizing is off. You guys rock though!

After browsing your site for hours and finally deciding on my selections your site was stuck or something and would not process my order. The call center is closed so I used the "let's chat" feature for assistance. The agent, Sydney had a very condescending tone and questioned every statement I made, as if she was not paying attention to what I was telling her regarding my problem. In the end she did try to resolve the issue of your site not working, but not after making a few smart a## comments. Because of that, I ended the conversation with her without placing my order because I would have rather shopped somewhere else than deal with snide customer service agents.
Good experiences in the past and I like your dress selections. If had not been for Sydney I would have given 5 stars. Sorry but that's just the way it is.
I signed up for emails and the 10% off code. Then I go to checkout and it will not let me create an account with password, with the message -you already have an account- and then when I request to change my password it tells me- account not- found. Trying to call customer service and I have been cut off twice, 3rd time is a charm. Phone call cut off again when I try to leave my call back number.

I've bought three pieces from revolve… all returned as the quality was an absolute joke for the price! I was actually shocked thinking it can't be right given the price. Dumb me - I decided to give it a go for the last time putting an order as a pre-order only to find out they had cancelled my order and sold it to someone else.
Thinking it's a good thing in the end given that the quality has been poor for every single item. Even the packaging! I felt like I bought something from wish or eBay. I have since then deleted the app and telling friends and everyone do not fall for this website! Trust me you could find better quality at a cheaper price

Revolve is always my go to for shopping. I love the selection and easy returns.
Revolve also has very friendly and helpful customer service. I have never had a bad experience with ANY customer service personnel. That is huge in the retail industry. I'm a former Nordstrom manager so I know customer service.
I have one tiny complaint, you all don't put items on sale like other stores. I can find things on deep discounts months before Revolve will discount. You do match prices, but that bothers me sometimes :) xoxoxox
I have purchased a number of clothing items and a few pairs of shoes. Extremely poor quality for what they charge! Every single purchase I have returned. Found it amazing, pre-covid, that the return center provided in California, the girl behind the desk said there was an overwhelming amount of returns always from Revolve. I am done purchasing.
The promo code i received in my email did not work at checkout, but it said the item had only 1 left in stock so felt like I needed to place order without using my coupon. I will be calling to see if coupon can be applied tomorrow

Love Revolve! I love so many brands that revolve offers. Additionally, the shopping experience is amazing and the website is easy to navigate. The only negative thing I could say is that clothing goes out of stock so quickly and things I wanted to buy in my size are gone (small/ extra small.) But Revolve customer service is amazing. They helped me change my shipping address for my graduation dress multiple times and it came on time. <3

I would probably give 4.5 if possible but only due to a past product order that I believe was tampered with. Unfortunately aside from disappointment at that time I was also very busy and did not return it within the time frame that I was given. So I'm still stuck with the expensive and unused product as reminder and have been a little wary of ordering product from this site ever since. I otherwise have loved revolve.com for the newest and best selections, styles and products offered.
Being able to shop for more than one item in one location and being given the option of shopping with afterpay. I love the overall consistency in quality of products and even more so when I am alerted that my favored items are on sale in my size.
Promo code wouldn't work though email address was the same on the order as what I used to sign up. And then Paypal shipping address, which I've used on a gazillion other orders wasn't considered complete. So I ended up having to get a promo code from a support agent, and NOT use Paypal. VERY POOR checkout experience from someone who oes a LOT of online shopping.

Don't sign up on site. First they will never stop advertising even after repeated requests on "Ad Choice". Ost important is the clothing is ill fitting poorly sized and the same article can be found on on the web for 1/4 1/3 the price...
Very slow to get back to which garment that I was looking at - when I decided to click on slightly earlier garment to find out the details, get the item number for reference, as I had many "back in stock requests". I wanted to check back on them.
