They have many selections. I have ordered 4 dresses and all were delivered within a few days of placing the order. They fit fine, the quality is okay but their prices are affordable.

I must say that their service is awesome. I had a very good experience and I cherished every bit of it. The client service was second to none and I recommend these guys for any business!

I've ordered a few things from Lily and everything is always perfect and arrives super fast. Their sizes do run small so make sure you check the size chart. Another reviewer said the dresses are even cuter in person and I completely agree!

Don't waste your time or money!
Terrible customer service! Prices are good but you can see why in the horrible quality of the dress. Be better off ordering off of "Wish"

DON'T buy here! Not only did I pay Express and it didn't arrive on time. But one dress was wrongly marked in stock so was refunded; two stayed on the order and once they came in one was severely damaged and the other wasn't even the right color. So I said no big deal I'll buy new dresses and return these. WRONG! They make YOU PAY return costs! 26$ just to return their damaged item they sent and the other that wasn't even the right color! I'm very disappointed and will NEVER pay for anything from this low quality and horribly organized Lily boutique ever again. To think I was sending friends to order here. Nope I intercepted that they will not order from here either. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I'd say call them... but they dont even answer their phones! Or emails what a joke! Maybe after this review they'll respond to my email but I'm not going to hold my breath.

We are sorry for the unfortunate experience the customer had with her order. This is not typical of our store and we already took steps to contact the customer and resolve the issues this morning. We respond to all e-mails and answer phone calls during our business hours, and we responded to her e-mail within 24 hours of receiving it.

We received an e-mail from Jenna last night (6/11) and responded this morning (6/12) at 9:44 AM. We haven't heard back from her and were notified of this review this evening. Our customer care line is available from 10 am - 4 pm CST Monday through Friday and did not receive a phone call during business hours so she may have called after hours if no one was available.

We looked up the tracking information for her shipment and discovered that the postal service lost the package for 3 days in their sorting facility and did not deliver it within the guaranteed time frame. We contacted them to try to find out why it did not move for 3 days and what happened. We apologized to Jenna and refunded her for the Express shipping this morning at 9:50 AM. We also e-mailed a return label this morning so that she could ship her order back. We offered to send out a replacement or refund for the defective style.

In regards to the confusion about the color of the dress, the customer stated in the e-mail that she thought it was supposed to be coral. The color is listed as Antique Pink and is a dusty rose pink color:

Unfortunately, one of the items in her order was out of stock due to a discrepancy in our inventory. A Medium was listed as Large and the shipping department noticed the error when they tried to pull the order in the warehouse to ship it. We immediately refunded the customer for the dress ($21) 7 days ago on 6/5 and sent an e-mail to notify her about the out of stock item.

We want to sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience and have taken steps to resolve it to the best of our ability. It is never our intention to mislead or disappoint a customer. We sent an e-mail this morning apologizing, refunded her for shipping, contacted the postal service to find out why the package was late, sent a return label to her, and offered to ship anything else she might want to order for free. We look forward to hearing back from Jenna to resolve this.

This website is amazing! The dresses are honestly cutter in person than they even look like online. I have ordered a few dresses from there already and each one comes in a nice package, looks very well put together, and absolutely gorgeous! Never had any problems.

My dress was exactly what was pictured, sized right, and was very inexpensive. Everything seems above-board with them, and I don't think I'll ever shop from another online company besides them! Already hunting through the website for my next purchase :)

Do not purchase from here! They sent me a dress with embellishments falling off of it. Then when I tried to return it they said they couldn't for the hangtags being removed! Do what?!? A very expensive purchase and they were not willing to refund my money. They wouldn't contact me via anything but email either. Not very good customer service!

We have been in business for over 6 years with thousands of satisfied customers through our website www.lilyboutique.com. We rarely have to reject a customer's return and we try very hard to accept all returns, but unfortunately were not able to do so in this case.

This customer's order was shipped to her brand new in the packaging with tags on it. It was a white dress with beading at the top. Her return was rejected by our returns department because it was sent back to us with stains all over it. It had what appeared to be bronzer/makeup stains at the neckline near the bust and all on the inside of the dress. There was also a red stain on the front of the dress. Additionally, the hanging straps inside the dress had been cut off. The returns department noted that it appeared to have been worn due to the stains and the hanging straps inside the dress being cut out. We had to ship the dress back to the customer.

When we spoke to the customer over the phone, we let her know that we had to ship it back to her and it was in the mail. She admitted that she cut the straps off and said that she does that with all of her dresses. We had photographed the stains and e-mailed those photos to her. The stains were hard to see in the photos due to the flash, but they are very noticeable in person. She has received the dress now, so she would clearly be able to see the stains.

She admitted there were "a few" small stains on the dress, but said we were making a big deal over nothing. She said that either she could have done it or it could have happened at our warehouse. We do not do anything at our warehouse other than open the return and immediately hold the dress up to inspect it. Our employees wear protective gloves when handling returns. We do not have bronzer/makeup in the warehouse or anything that would have stained the front of the dress red.

The customer listed on her returns form that beading falling off was the reason for her return. The returns department inspected the dress and there was no beading falling off of it. All of the beading was intact.

We did tell the customer that if she felt she had received a defective item, she would have needed to notify us when she received it and then we could have arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Once she stained the dress and cut out the hanging straps, it is damaged and no longer salable and we cannot accept it. All returns have to be received in their original condition, as stated in our Return Policy and the Terms and Conditions the customer agreed to when she placed her order:

"Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in original condition with any original tags, and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged."

"We inspect all returned items and items returned to us worn or with stains on them cannot be accepted. Please be careful when trying on merchandise from Lily Boutique."

Our quality control standards would not allow us to ship this dress to another customer with the stains or the straps cut out. We let the customer know that the dress is unsalable. The customer e-mailed and said that if we didn't want to try to sell the dress to someone else, then we would need to give her a partial refund to have the dress fixed. The returns department had looked at the dress very carefully and found nothing defective. The beading was all still intact. She threatened to write negative reviews, but the damage to the dress was through no fault of ours.

I ordered the "Sultry Shimmer Embellished Plunging Neckline Off White Dress" for a bachelorette party. When the dress arrived, I was so excited! Then I took it out of the packaging and was very disappointed. The dress has a plunging neck and open back and chest inserts/padding were added so that the dress could be worn without a bra. Well, the padded inserts were a dark cream color and were completely visable through the white dress! It would have been better to not include the padding at all. What's the point of a white dress if all you look at is two awakard shaped circles on your chest? No thank you.

I wish I had taken pictures but I returned the dress immediately.

Tip for consumers:
I would choose a dress that a model is actually wearing instead of one of the dresses just pictured.
