Of course it took me a bit to see what you were doing but that is on me. When I saw the APPLY THIS REWARD buttons it brought a smile of utter satisfaction to my face. Thank you Footwear etc team.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to create an account on your site. I tried on the mobile app, with more than one browser, and in both the mobile-mode and desktop-mode. I tried on my Mac on both Chrome and Safari. You have a bug. I finally decided to try to buy an item as a "guest". That worked. I wasted a lot of time. I prefer having an account so I can come back, see purchase history, follow up on orders, and get support - to have a vendor relationship.

* I believe my shoe size is actually 45 (although I've never owned Mephisto shoes). As you don't show a 45 currently available in either of these colors, I'm taking a chance that the 45.5 will work for me. If you do happen to get a size 45 that would be my preference. Thanks!

I have never owned Mephisto but have heard good things about they're cushioning and support. I decided to try them to see if they can help with arthritis that I have in my hip and knee joints.
My experience is ALWAYS a good one. Easy finding what I want, paying is easy and fast shipping. Excellent all around. This is the only place I can find women's MBT sport shoes. I need to add an extra 1 inch to my sole and this is the only sole that can be taken apart and the addition added and put back together. I've had good luck with this and don't know what I would do if I didn't have Footwear ect. Thank you for the good job. Joan
This is the only store that has a shoe that I can wear after some adjustment. I was glad to have found Footwear etc. online. The store I used in the past (15 years ago) stopped selling my shoe and I'm a fan forever. (as long as you still carry MBT's sport).

Footwear Etc is probably my favorite shoe brand. They always have fast delivery and not the worst prices I've seen. The quality of the shoes themselves is also excellent, I've never seen any defect or anything like that. It's a pleasure to order from this brand. They try to show how important every single customer is to them, and that's cool.

I am in desperate need of good sneakers. I am on my feet constantly. After researching good sneakers in wide width and made in the USA, I compared other websites. The others had negative reviews and some questioned the authenticity of the brand name sneaker products. Many expressed difficulty with returns and refunds. Not your website! Thank you :)
I wish I could find promos, discounts, etc more easily but I'm glad they had my relatively rare shoe in stock. The nearest location is like 1500mi away and I'm annoyed there's a $10 return mailing fee. Also, it's the brands fault for not posting the information anywhere but it you had a reviewer write about the width of the normal vs wide fitting shoes, that would be helpful. I'm a regular size on the wider side but after reading many reviews on other sites, I decided to go with the wide version. It would be nice for a competent reviewer to suggest sizing principles since we're online shopping.

If I get the merchandise my rating holds for this experience and then some. I tried ordering from a different company and received an Email 24 hours later that they were so sorry but were out of stock even though it appeared that they did. Shoes are for my daughter in law's birthday on Friday but just as long as I receive them and they are the correct size, I will be ecstatic.

I have been watching for this brand as a gift for my daughter as she finds them extremely comfortable and cute, Footwear, etc. had them and at a good price plus the site was easy to navigate. Hopefully they will fit because I started this search early and it will be too late to exchange them by her birthday. I am willing to take the chance.
You had the brand that I was looking for. My daughter is a runner and because of that has developed a few painful foot problems. This brand seems to really help with them.
