I can't believe there are such bad reviews. I ordered from them 3 times already with 3 different emails so I can use the 2 for £24 offer. All the leggings are AMAZING quality, lovely colours. The best leggings I ever own honestly. I always cancelled the VIP membership via online chat after I received my orders and there were no issues. Overall great experience, great quality of products. I honestly recommend it based on my experience.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you will be returning anything they will take a month to process it. Advisors will be turning you in circles asking random questions irrelevant questions. It's been nearly a month since I returned to legs and just had another useless conversation with an advisor who said they still have not received my parcel though Hermes has delivered it ages ago. If you have time to waste order from this company and enjoy the ride. Also, leggings are see-through.

I can't believe there are such bad reviews.
I ordered from them 3 times already with 3 different emails so I can use the 2 for £24 offer.
All the leggings are AMAZING quality, lovely colours. The best leggings I ever own honestly.
I always cancelled the VIP membership via online chat after I received my orders and there were no issues.
Overall great experience, great quality of products.
I honestly recommend it based on my experience.

Tip for consumers:
Always read the small print. When the prices are very cheap it's probably because you're signing up for VIP membership which costs £49 per month. If you re not careful you will be charged monthly. You can skip the month or cancel the membership by phone or via online chat. Cheers

I personally do not think fabletics is worth all the hype. I spent almost $100 for one set and still got charged the full $49.95 membership on top of my purchase. If you are willing to pay that just to get a 20% discount be my guest, just count me out! I can find workout clothes at other stores with just as good quality for much less!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you will be returning anything they will take a month to process it. I love Fabletics products. The bras and leggings are perfect for workouts but also provide comfort all day long. I can pair the leggings with a professional top and wear them to work, which helps provide me with the flexibility I need as a physical therapist but still look professional. They have manipulative and pushy marketing material. I'm sorry but if your main selling point for new VIP customers is "you can cancel anytime, we are available 24/7" but it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel via their website and no one ever answers the hotline phone. How can a customer actually cancel? You cant. Full stop. It Is A Scam. Don't believe Kate Hudson's lies.

I love everything I bought! The only downfall is there are regular calls needed to customer service for promo codes not working, gift cards not working, and checking on items availability because the site is not up to date... that being said... it's totally worth the trouble to get some of these great deals on leggings and things! Powerhold is my favorite! There is a learning curve to find out which styles will be your best fit, but once you find it, it's smooth sailing.

I joined Fabletics during the pandemic as I no longer had use for my other clothing subscription working from home but still wanted to be cute while also comfortable! But even after going back to the office I've kept up my subscription! Every piece I've gotten from Fabletics has been THE BEST workout gear in quality, style, and performance. I felt I was going out on a limb ordering shoes, but like the clothing they are now my favorite! The most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Highly recommend!

Don't get involved here. It may seem like a good deal at first, but then you have to remember to skip or buy something every month. On top of that, you recieve cheap quality goods, that may look super cute, but fall apart. After only a few wears that were just around town and such, the crotch of two of their joggers got a run that turned into a huge gaping hole. Customer service did not care as I was just slightly outside the return window

So far its been great... I love the products... have found a couple styles that I could not live without. When something does not work out, returns are a breeze! Customer Service has been great too. Its a great way to try some things and figure out what is going to work best for you. Wish there were sports bras that had actual cup sizes... however I have still found some that work great for me. I get a ton of compliments too!

Dear Ms Hudson, I have been a loyal customer for years. I earn reward points only for your company to take them back is not used in one year. They clearly haven't thought this through because whe I spend those rewards it means I'm also spending of my pocket! I get compliments all the time o my Fabletics outfits... I happily say where I got them. From now on I'm going to say from a company you DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH!

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I became a VIP member and after 3 weeks of waiting for my order and 3 calls later the call center tells me they can't refund my order because it hasn't been 20 business days and to call back then. How many times does one have to call a place or wait to receive an order? Tracking number changed the delivery date 3 times and every time I call this company I get a different story. Lies..

I was very disappointed in the only way to contact the company is via chat or phone only to sit on hold for far too long. Their "support" email address does not accept emails. I was attempting to cancel my account due to not being used and was told they could not refund me anything, even though their website indicates I am "entitled to a refund of the entire consideration paid for the contract". I assume this is why they went to issuing "member credits" instead of giving dollar values to your membership. We will see if I end up getting my refund. I would not recommend.

I enjoy the sets I get each month but shipping is annoying. I pay an extra $5 for shipping which isn't much but I NEVER get my stuff on time. It is almost always, without a doubt never actually "shipped" until the day it is supposed to be arriving to my house. Up until the day of it says the date and I go to check and it's bumped back another 2 business days. It only gets bumped back once if I'm lucky but 2 push backs isn't unheard of by any means. Just very frustrating.

After less than 2 months of owning a pair of Fabletics leggings for strictly yoga, they tore at the seam creating a hole and run up the back. I only wash the leggings and allow them to air dry to avoid unnecessary wear and tear. When I contacted customer service, they blamed me! For a company all about quality at a good price I am shocked at their response.

I ordered once and for months they kept taking money as a membership bank of sorts where u can spend your money when you want. I kept looking and saw nothing I liked. Then I look at my account and they turned my monetary value into credits. I contracted and canceled membership. I just went in to spend the 5 credits and can't even access the site now. They blocked me from access with the credits.
Brutal company it's actually money driven scam Kate Hudson should be ashamed of affiliation.

I order 1 size up on the leggings until I have lost the 10-15 pounds I'm currently working on losing! Some of the leggings are not as stretchy so that's the only reason. They had a pair of leggings listed for a price on their website but when you added it to cart it almost doubled. Chatted with fabletics team members, sent time stamped pictures proving that the price I said was listed yet they refused to honor it. I worked retail for ten years, when the company makes a mistake they're supposed to honor their mistake. Cancelled my membership right then. Obviously this company doesn't appreciate individual buyers since they've gotten bigger over the years.

I ordered another pair of the men's Franchise shorts. Size is great (I'm 5'8', 155 lbs), fit is good, love the compression pocket for my phone and also the smaller right side inner pocket that stabilizes your phone while walking. I have two pairs and wear them everywhere: gym, run, walk, lacrosse practice, day drinking, date night. Love them and will probably order more.

This was my first order and none of the items fit. I tried completing a return/exchange on the website and it wouldn't work. Turns out one item was no longer available. I was confused how the 2 for $24 deal would work if I returned one pair and kept/exchanged the other. Difficult to understand. Had to speak with a supervisor. I still didn't get complete clarification. Ended up asking for a full refund for everything and exchanging the one for a larger size. Hopefully those fit. But overall not happy with my experience.

They are just a little bit high priced for me BUT thankfully they have a membership program that allows members to get fantastic deals! I found the staff to be very efficient. I've been a member of fabletics for years. Always quality product and a price point lower than other higher end fitness brands. The whole "skip the month" thing is kind of annoying, but it's worth it. I feel like more success would be had without that. It seems like the old "get 15 records for $1" clubs of old. I see how that could turn some off.

I never in a million years thought that my order would be cancelled only and only because my billing address is listed as one thing and I was shipping merchandise to my alternate address in another state. To add insult to injury not only was my order cancelled but my account was suspended for what will be 72 hours. Who do FABLETICS think they are... its best I take my business elsewhere and spread the word. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company.

I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!

Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

My original purchase was through pay pal so fortunately I was able to stop the payment through them once I realize that the payment was being taken out. The worse part is. They sent me an email saying that my refund was sent. Of course it never was. Shame on you Kate Hudson.

When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...

No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
