I cannot use anything except titanium grade jewelry. Body candy was one of the few who offered clicker nose rings in 5mm. I searched everywhere. They sent them right away, and the quality is great. I don't have keloid, pimples, swelling or bumps that other girls have and I changed my jewelry early. I would suggest purchasing higher grade metals if you are disappointed with your purchse. The shipping was fast and reliable.

I ordered a butterfly septum piercing for $14 dollars and one day of wearing it, it turned silver and green. I thought they would have gold or stainless steel for the higher prices they are charging. I regret not doing my research for this company because their site only posts positive reviews. The jewelry belongs in a dollar store. Sad.

It was great! Love the paypal deal I got. However the site often gives me issues adding things to cart, even after I have selected a size. It will just sit there and act like I've pressed nothing. Refreshing the page doesn't work and coming out and then going back in also doesn't help. Not sure why but some items its fine... great resource for piercings though

I've shopped the Body Candy website 3 different times and have had zero issues each time. The site is super easy to navigate. Each item has all the necessary spec information listed so I always know what I'm getting. The items I've received have been exactly as described on the site. I also like the facebook connect option so I get a FB message detailing my order and when it ships. It's safe to say I love Body Candy!

They send coupons in emails frequently and great at communicating with customers and making sure that the customer is satisfied completely with their purchases. I ordered about $75 worth of jewelry for my nose, because I had a collection of one and it was in my nose lol. It wasn't until after I ordered that I saw all the terrible reviews. So I'm like "oh no." But now I'm super glad I ordered first!

Everything I ordered came in within a week (ordered from CO at the end of March 2021), all the sizes are correct, and the jewelry is beautiful and seems to be of a good quality so far. I will probably be buying from this company again, and recommending it to my friends.

I'm not sure all these bad reviews but I have never had a problem with Body candy! I have had to contact them before and got an immediate response! The jewelry is great and AFFORDABLE! These other jewelers sites are super expensive! Half the time you lose these tiny pieces of jewelry so I would rather buy cheaper so I'm not losing a ton of money! I HIGHLY recommend body candy!

I wish I could confirm the quality of the customer service, but despite several orders I still haven't had a single issue. The discount codes via text are actually worth receiving, which is weird in 2022. I think they may have accidentally hired people who use the products they sell, since the website is easily navigable despite the fact that you never remember what gauge you have. Overall, I suspect witchcraft. 10/10, would shop again.

I've only had 1 problem with body candy over a. Of years. I purchased a read CZ Nose piercing That turned out to be kind of multi colored purple. I am trying to be happy with it but it is not what I wanted. Other than that I have had years of value And excellent quality merchandise. Customer service has been very helpful anytime I needed to contact them. Recently my post office Returned an order Without Me receiving it. Body Candy has already re shipped it.

The website runs smooth and is easy to navigate. I don't have any piercings personally but you have a really cool selection.

I ordered items from Body Candy in November and it is now January. I contacted them and they used a sad story on how times are hard and that they are a family owned business. The customer service sucks and it takes them almost two weeks to reply. The tracking number rarely works and sometimes it says the tracking information is not available. It has been in "shipping" for about two months now. I don't think I will ever get my jewelry so I ordered from somewhere else. Do not order from them.

First of all I placed a smaller order before a much bigger one and the bigger one can first and the smaller one took forever past what it said. I got some pincher tapers that had heart design on them. I lubed my ears up with coconut oil and the images instantly came off and I had blank ink on my ear. They want me to send it all the way back after it took forever to even get a hold of them and risk getting deducted 25% are u $#*!ing crazy.

When I bought my earrings, I was expecting them to arrive withing 1-2 weeks. Wrong! They took around a month to arrive. However, I didn't have any problems with quality or missing pieces. So, if you order from here just expect to be waiting a very long time for your jewelry.

I have been pretty happy with all of my orders from the Body Candy website. The quality of the jewelry is not amazing, it often turns my skin green or smells weird in my septum or the color flakes off. But the prices are usually good, and the selection is great. So going in, if you expect Hot Topic-quality, or the equivalent of a dollar store in body jewelry, you won't be disappointed.
