The custom designing option for the banners is amazing. I wanted a really simple army banner for my partners home coming without it being too over the top. Honestly I found the perfect template with this company and was able to add extra text that i wanted. Super impressed and they have plenty of sizes too. I cant wait to receive my banner and I know my partner will be super happy when he comes home and sees it.
I wasted a lot of time this morning your website said try other payment method, tried other card still the same, called but your staff were not helpful. Really upsetting experience

Best prices, design options and an easy website to navagate. Not to mention being able to pay through paypal makes me feel safer.
I'm sometimes wary of the online only portals, in this case it was unwarranted. Very easy to use, even for a dinosaur like me, back up of a telephone number ( which I used) and delivered ontime. Great service. Thanks you. Simon

I am so pleased with the service, the posters have turned out great considering they were my uploads they looked really good. I received a phone call to discuss alterations as i put them in the wrong way round, so i thank you for that. Everything was spot on from ordering to delivery and gave the people involved a surprise and a giggle.

Easy to do and work. Very simple layout to create my own design. Just wish the shipping was cheaper!

Website would not accept the card details (correctly input by auto fill and subsequently used successfully in PayPal). I had trouble getting both items into the shopping cart to check out. Really appreciate having the design tool though. Shipping prices versus product prices are a bit cheeky!

Best value and quickest service (at least as promised) I have found - lets wait to see quality of products and if on time.
The basket emptied whilst I was in the middle of checking out so hard to start from scratch, otherwise no other problems.

I am extremely pleased and grateful for all the help from your inside team. The quality of the product, assistance with graphics and the customer services is top level however your distribution partner lets you down. UPS were 4 days late in delivering the banner. There were no updates and no information on their tracking facility, zero communication from UPS. Their tracking platform simply said "dellivery on the way" and that was the message all week. So I am left somewhat annoyed with paying a fee of over £10. For shoddy delivery. Banner Buzz - 10+ marks UPS - 0

Live chat function is extremely useful and the design tool for products is very user-friendly with a wide range of choices.
Was confused over shipping- ordered only 2 flags in bulk and was put off ordering a further 2 individual flags a the shipping, despite the same delivery date and address increased to over double the initial cost of 2 items and indeed was pretty much almost 50% of the total cost of the order. Whilst I was happy at the cost of the 2 flags ordered, I'm not convinced that the increase will make me return to order anything further.
Because it was the only site i could find that allowed me to design the flag before payment.
So far so good - I tried a couple of other sites, but they didn't allow for custom sizes. The online design feature was OK, but you could perhaps do with adding a few more fonts?
Pretty good but a lot of things pop out at me (drop down menus, pop-ups) on the main page which is frustrating when trying to navigate my cursor to understand what you guys are about

The shipping cost is driven by several factors and is automatically calculated by our website based on defined parameters. Multiple cart items may or may not be the same product, and packaging may be different for both.
If the two flags you wish to order are the same size, you can order them in bulk by selecting the desired size and then changing the quantity to two (as you did on your first order). We will honour the bulk price even if the designs are different.
